History:  Normandy Mortgage Inc. is a locally owned and operated Mortgage Brokerage that has been serving our community with integrity since 1987.  We are a Washington State licensed mortgage company and a member of the Washington Association of Mortgage Brokers and an Honor Roll Member of the Better Business Bureau.  We offer a full array of Conventional, FHA, VA, Reverse, Commercial, and 2nd mortgage products with over 30 local and national lenders.

Normandy Mortgage has several licensed Loan Originators that will personally assist you and act as your Financial Service Representative.  We can prequalify, prepare estimates, start a full loan application, consult with you about the types of programs and rates available and follow-up on the processing of your loan until closing.
