History:  Normandy Mortgage's affiliate company, Normandy Escrow, has been owned and operated along side Normandy Mortgage since their inception.  We are a licensed Washington State Escrow Company whose certified Designated Escrow Officers and Limited Practice Officers have been successfully facilitating the closing of Real Estate transactions in Washington since 1987. 

Normandy Escrow can close Residential, Commercial, and Business Opportunity Escrows in both English and Spanish.
